WHY MAKE FITNESS YOUR LIFESTYLE????

 Often times we only think about getting healthy/fit because there is a big event coming up, and you have to fit into that beautiful dress or suit or for that 'hot summer body'. This is when you will see yourself doing a 30-day challenge and after that event, you forget all about the fewer carbs and the jogging and all those exercises..... It has been normalized that fitness is only practiced for events but it can also be your lifestyle..... Why do I say this:


FITNESS IS NOT A SEASONAL HOBBY!!!


Fitness is not about just looking good, but it is about feeling confident, strong, unstable, and beautiful in your own skin... We know all this because this is why we do try to get in good shape before the event... But why just feel confident about that event when you can feel confident all year round. Think about it...

I WORKOUT FOR...

when you know why you work out for trust me it because more than just a seasonal hobby. It only becomes a seasonal hobby because it's for the wrong reasons. First, you have to enjoy doing what you doing (•‿•). The moment you want to do it for others it will not be your lifestyle... For once just say it's for "ME" 


WHY SHOULD I EVEN BOTHER ???

Dig deep into your heart, you will know that every time you workout you smile after. It all starts with wanting to look good but after sometime you will know that it's not that. 

I WANT MY BODY LIKE MY COFFEE HOT AND STRONG... 

tell yourself that when you are ready to have a healthy lifestyle and you should stop going on a DIET BUT JUST CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE... at the end of the day its all about your health, and your happiness. ''IF YOU DON'T MAKE TIME FOR YOUR WELLNESS YOU WILL BE FORCED TO MAKE TIME FOR YOUR ILLNESS'' 

FITNESS IS NOT AN EXPENSE (•‿•)

You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. you can do home workouts.◉‿◉
