TAKE A STEP BACK ( part 1)

Its been a while... The time I was away a lot happened. These events have inspired this article...

My sister once told me that when things get hard TAKE A STEP BACK. At that time I didn't really think it was of any importance. However these past couple of months have taught me that taking it one step at a time gives you a sound mind. Don't act as if you can handle the pressure.

We have been devastated, heartbroken beyond repair. one thing I have realised is that the first thing you do is blame yourself, you start to evaluate your self worth, the end result is that you conclude that you not cut out for anything then you give up.

Many things can break you. Your friends leaving you, you didn't get the job you wanted, not voted class/school president, your girlfriend/ boyfriend broke up with you, or your close friend/ relative has died. Now you don't know what to do.

The first step to a healthy recovery is:

  •  Taking a step back and cry your heart out, release that pent up emotion.
  •  Stop the negative thoughts from running through your mind, and think of the positives.
Second step

  • Think about all the good things that have happened in your life so far.
  • Now tell yourself that there is more good things yet to come.
  • Tell yourself that you have dodged a terrible bullet that could have killed you ( maybe metaphorical).
  •  But DO NOT spend too much of your precious time crying for something that may not matter in the next 2 years going fourth.

DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS OR YOURSELF.

You must be asking yourself ''Why is Anobeauti saying that I should cry, what happens if my comforters tell me not to cry?'' Well those comforters should not tell you how to feel. Cry if you have too because once you don't, you wont move on to see the greater part of your life...
